Returns – Directly through KBM
There are NO REFUNDS except in the following instances that warrant a return:
Damaged items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time!
Wrong Item
If you have received the wrong item, first check the item and its label and compare it with the order form. Though rare, it is possible to have overlooked a detail or so when placing the order. If not, let us know and we’ll get it sorted out.
